The lady at the Clerk’s office also said Stacy got caught driving again, on suspended/revoked license. She didn’t have further specifics on that at her fingertips, but said that combined with the larceny conviction did cause Stacy’s probation to be revoked. However, Stacy has still not been jailed, as she is appealing the probation revocation, and the appeal is still pending.

Despite getting 100% charity care from CMC and the faculty physician network there, I still have had expenses totalling over $8,000. My medical rider on my car insurance doesn’t cover this type of event, because no motor vehicle was involved.

I sustained no fractures in that and resumed riding at the end of August. I ended up with 4,585 miles for 2011, down a bit from 10,230 in 2010, but acceptable under the circumstances I guess.
