Tim Turner, Get Well Soon

Cyclist Timothy Turner, 32, of Moorseville was involved in an truck-bicycle collision. He was airlifted to CMC in serious condition. The accident occurred on Cornelius Road near US 21 near Mooresville.
The driver, also from Moorseville, claims that while he was legally passing Turner in a passing zone [on the other side of the road], Turner suddenly turned into his path. The driver was not issued a citation, but an investigation into the crash is continuing.
I hope Tim has a full recovery and is able to clear up the facts the investigation.
